We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our local team based in Albany.

The primary focus of the Customer Services Representative is to accept and process orders from Henry Schein New Zealand customers. With a large and strong sales presence in New Zealand, a high volume of product orders come from our amazing sales representatives and from our valued customers directly via telephone, email, live chat or mail.

To be successful in this role, the preferred candidate will have a high degree of organisational skills. Within this role you will multitask between computer screens and product catalogues - ensuring all orders and queries are processed in the most efficient and prompt manner but most importantly at the highest level of customer service to our dental profession customers.

This role requires a high degree of product knowledge on a daily basis - providing product information and problem solving product and service related questions for customers. For this reason we are looking for someone interested in dental products and has a high level of learning agility.

To succeed in this role you will also have:

  • A dental background, either as a Dental Assistant or Administration based role – an empathy and understanding of our customer’s business environment is key.
  • A genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A love of communicating from behind the screen, responding with excellent communication skills whether it be through phone call, email response or live chat messages.
  • MS Office skills and intermediate computer skills - with experience using software packages and other database packages.
  • A solutions focused attitude and enjoy problem solving and coming up with ways to meet our customers needs.
  • Full rights to work unrestricted in New Zealand
